The Victorian building is the original, iconic beachfront hotel established in 1888, renowned for evoking a bygone era and star-studded legacy. After a five-year revitalization that has touched all areas of the resort, The Del will complete its final phase by early 2025:a more than $160 million restoration of the hotel's historic Victorian building.
Led by the teams that brought you the diligent restoration of the original lobby and front porch, earning coveted preservation awards from Save Our Heritage Organisation and the California Preservation Foundation, the revitalization of The Victorian guest rooms celebrates The Del's legendary history while improving function and design.
